Rotation Direction and Rotation Angle
1. The rotary table turns in the clockwise direction where the A port is pressurized, and in the counterclockwise direction when the
B port is pressurized.
2. By adjusting the adjustment bolt, the rotation end can be set
within the ranges shown in the drawing for the desired rotation
angle.
3. The rotation angle can also be set on a type with internal
absorber.

Note:
1. The drawing shows the rotation range of the positioning pin
hole.
2. The pin hole position in the drawing shows the counterclockwise
rotation end when the adjustment bolts A and B are tightened
equally and the rotation is adjusted 180°.
Rotation Range Example
1. Various rotation ranges are possible as shown in the drawings below
using adjustment bolts A and B.
(The drawings also show the rotation ranges of the positioning pin
hole.)
2. The rotation angle can also be set on a type with inertial
absorber.
Installation Usage
1.When load changes in the work, the cylinder with abundant output
capacity shall be ed.
2.The medium used by cylinder shall be filtered to 40μm or below.
3.Necessary protection measure shall be taken in the environment
with higher humidity, much dust or water drops, oil dust and
welding dregs.
4.Dirty substances in the pipe must be eliminated before cylinder
is connected with pipeline to prevent the entrance of particles
into the cylinder.
5.As both the front cover and piston are short, too large stroke
can not be ed.
6.Relative cylinder with high temperature resistance or corrosion
resistance shall be chosen under the condition of high temperature
or corrosion.
7.The cylinder shall avoid redial load in operation to maintain the
normal and extend service life.
8.Anti-freezing measure shall be adopted under low temperature
environment to prevent moisture freezing.
9.If the cylinder is dismantled and stored for a long time, please
conduct anti-rust treatment to the surface. Anti-dust cap shall be
ed into the inlet and outlet ports. As the precision of the
manufacture and guide is high, Please do not dismantle the fixed
block or cylinder cover.
